NBFCWALA acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary and does not itself operate as an NBFC, provide lending or borrowing services, accept deposits, or guarantee transaction completion or regulatory approvals.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and using the Platform for lawful business purposes. The Services are intended primarily for Indian citizens, Indian entities, and tax residents of India.

4. Listings & Information Accuracy
All listings, financial data, and representations available on the Platform are provided by users or third parties and are made available on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. NBFCWALA does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
5. No Guarantee or Assurance
NBFCWALA does not guarantee transaction completion, regulatory approvals (including RBI approvals), commercial success, or valuation outcomes. Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence.
6. Fees & Payments
Certain services may be subject to fees, which shall be communicated prior to engagement and governed by separate agreements or invoices. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform, including the brand name NBFCWALA, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Any information shared on the Platform, including business, financial, or transaction-related information, shall be treated as confidential, subject to legal, regulatory, or consent-based disclosures. Users are encouraged to execute separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBFCWALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from use of the Platform. Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for legal or regulatory reasons.
12. Modification of Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
